Hard work requires passion - that is, a deep affinity and a deep affection - for what you’re doing, for the sake of doing it.
If your drive is to mainly make money you won’t inspire, lead, or motivate the way you’ll need to. Now you may make money but you had best invest it so you have it for your future because without
the passion, you won’t have followers to help you continue to make it.
