How Do You Work?
Many people only work up to expectations.
Some work just hard enough to not get fired.
Some people actually work as little as half the time they are at work.
These people create a window of opportunity for you to succeed.
Don’t worry about being obligated to work more hours to beat the competition; you probably don’t have to.
Instead, if you commit to working all the time you are at work, you will probably come out well ahead of your competition.

What Do You Do If People Criticize You?
Listen to them.
Change if they are right and be grateful for them - they help you get better.

What is Sabr?
Sabr is not remaining quiet and allowing anger to build up inside you.
Sabr is to talk about what's bothering you without losing control of your emotions.

Why Do People Follow You?
Because of your character, not your job title.

Steve Jobs
"Stay hungry. Stay foolish."
(Never be satisfied, and always push yourself. Keep trying the things people say cannot be done.)
Jack Welch

"Control your own destiny or someone else will."
"Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion."
Bill Gates
"Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning."
Wishnutama
"Two things define you. Your patience when you have nothing. Your attitude when you have everything."
Nouman Ali Khan
"Every single success you experience is a combination of two things: your effort and Allah's help."
And this is not the end of this list!

What is Passion?
Hard work requires passion - that is, a deep affinity and a deep affection - for what you’re doing, for the sake of doing it.
If your drive is to mainly make money you won’t inspire, lead, or motivate the way you’ll need to. Now you may make money but you had best invest it so you have it for your future because without
the passion, you won’t have followers to help you continue to make it.

The CEO for the millennium has a deep passion for people and the organization.
Passion is putting your mission in your heart not on your wall.
It’s moving it off the sheet of paper into your inside.
